            Prince George is located south of Pawleys Island, South Carolina between the Waccamaw River and the Atlantic Ocean. Prince George encompasses 1,900 acres, 1,280 of which have been granted to the University of South Carolina for use as an environmental research and education facility. The remaining 620 acres comprise a unique community limited to 150 home sites, which range from one to fifteen acres, nestled between the river and the ocean.
